The communication capability of the lares 4.0 control panel can be expanded with the help of the PSTN module.
The module allows voice messages and Contact ID to be sent when any of the events programmed in the control unit occur.
It is easy to install, just plug it into the control panel and connect it to the phone line with a standard RJ-11 connector.
You can connect a phone line and other devices using the phone line to the other RJ-11 connector, and in case of an alarm, the device can trigger the signal by disconnecting all other devices using the phone line.
The PSTN module can act as a backup 3G (or GSM) module or as a trunk.
